Join Sonia Farmer while she pours you a glass of wine and shows you how to make a forty-page hardcover notebook wrapped with locally-designed fabric such as Androsia or Bahama Handprints!
What to expect: You'll first choose your notebook covering material out of a range of locally-made and designed patterns, from bold Bahama Handprints to charming Androsia to dynamic and playful designs by Bahamian designer Can Did Art. Then Sonia will guide you on how to assemble the case (outside hardcover) and bind your pages with a simple pamphlet stitch before bringing these components together into a final unique notebook for your use. Notebook measures 5" x 7" and has about forty blank pages.

No prior experience is necessary. Sonia will prepare packets of material ready for you to assemble and use her teaching experiences accumulated for over a decade to make accessible the materials, tools, and techniques you'll use to bring everything together into one beautiful handmade piece to take home.
